Mobile Edition

CardSoft Secure Passport Mobile Edition is designed specifically for mobile devices to provide a comprehensive set of security services that protect data and applications. Mobile Edition enables a new set of transaction-based services such as mobile payments that extend mobile networks into new, profitable application areas. Mobile Edition is optimized to run on devices with limited memory and/or cpu power using SIM cards (smart cards) that are installed in the device for subscriber identity.

Mobile Edition includes both the CardSoft eAppliance Development Environment (eADE) as well as the CardSoft eAppliance Mobile Profile (eAMP). The Mobile Profile incorporates security features that are based on the STIP and FINREAD technologies endorsed by major financial institutions and card processors.
