CardSoft Secure Passport
CardSoft Secure Passport enables developers to create secure transaction solutions for merchants, consumers, and financial institutions based on Java and smart card technologies. CardSoft has developed three implementations of Secure Passport to support secure transactions from a variety of hardware configurations:
- Embedded Edition for terminals and set top boxes used in standalone configurations.
- Standard Edition for pinpad/card reader peripherals used with PCs or other computing devices
- Mobile Edition for wireless devices such as mobile handsets
Each Edition of Secure Passport includes both CardSoft eAppliance Development Environment and also the corresponding eAppliance runtime implementation optimized for the target hardware device.
